How do I remove my physical address from the online ordering page when delivering only?
When selecting an item to purchases and entering a delivery address my physical address shows up. When I remove the address from Fullfillment/Delivery then I am unable to select an item for purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Hi @sotg2021. I’m assuming that you are referring to the address and/or map showing in your website footer section? If so, here are the steps:
- Edit your website.
- Click on the footer section.
- Expand the Content section.
- Open the Details section
- You can toggle off address
- If you want to remove the map, too, there is a Map section, where you can toggle that off and on.
I hope that helps. And if I assumed incorrectly, let me know and I’ll try again. It might help if you post a screen shot of what you are seeing that you want to be removed, so I know where to look if I was wrong here.
