Privacy policy provided by Square

I was told I need a privacy policy about cookies and mailing lists etc.  I have no clue what Square does with these items.  Is there a provided privacy policy?

I actually found a privacy policy generator on Weebly's site. My attorney that is reviewing my site said you need a privacy policy.  I found it here https://www.weebly.com/tools/privacy-policy

I am looking for one as well. (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service) Templates/Generators for my site. The weebly link you attached went to a 404 page. Curious if you found an alternate solution? Thank you in advance

I used the Policy generator provided in that article. It said it was "saved to my clipboard". Then I followed the steps to create a Privacy Policy navigation link in the footer of my website...but I'm confused when it comes to how to get the actual Policy attached to the link?? Am I supposed to paste the policy somewhere ?

I just created my privacy policy on weebly and I was here in the help section trying to find out how to add it using the HTML way
