PreOrders on specific date we are usually closed

Hi All! We are bakery and we have items which are available for any date we open from Wed to Sat. But when a holiday coming and lets imagine that's holiday is going to be Tue (when we usually off)  we want to take orders on that specific dates, but only for few items - not all.

Is there a way to setup on which date a specific item can be available for ordering or pickup even on that date we are closed?

If I modify our fulfilment hours to cover tuesday - then all the items became available for ordering on that date which doesn't work for us. We only need specific items.

Hey @dcar525 - I was going to suggest amending your opening hours and then using the 'block out dates' to avoid people ordering for other Tuesdays, but that's not going to solve the other part of the problem. 

The only way I can come up with for this is to set up a second location, with the Tuesday opening times. Then only make the items that you want available on this date for the location. 

It's going to cover all your bases and then you can turn off the location after this date - but you'll always have it ready there for if you do something similar in the future! 

(Just a note on this, if you use the KDS or the app for managing your orders you'll have to sign in as the new location to see them. This is easy in the app as you can just 'switch location' from the settings menu)
