Order Pick Up Issue
We're having issues with order confirmation emails. Essentially we are only open on Friday/Saturday for cocktails/food to go. People place their orders a week in advance and choose either Friday or Saturday as their pick up. However, the confirmation email they get will say "Your order will be ready for pick up on Friday at 4pm" regardless of the date they chose. Is it because Friday at 4 is when we open? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have seen this before with my online ordering as well. From what I can tell, the system is defaulting to the next available time every time a customer chooses ASAP for their delivery instead of choosing a date/time--even though they think they're choosing a time.
I don't think there's an easy answer on how to fix this either. It's one of those things that is completely dependent on the customer actually being able to read and comprehend what's on the screen.... 😐
