Online Store > Orders > Send Receipt *Changed? *Can it be simplified? *Suggestion

I like to use Square Online store to sell my products as a preorder. The day before I would go to Online > Orders > an individually enter every transaction to select "send receipt" & print the receipt to send my customer "reminder emails". While before I had wanted a way to print that version of the receipts of a specific date range in bulk, Never got that - but to stay on topic.

 

Now the Orders goes back to the the Square dashboard, I still have to go to every order & select "send receipt" but the emails don't auto send(like before) or auto populate. I have to copy it from the transaction & that's if its even there. Because if the customer is a repeat, I have to go to my directory to search them up & copy/paste their email in. It's a lot of work for what was once a simple click of a button. 

 

I like that if the customer typed it in wrong, I can correctly send the email to the right address. I'm not sure if it could at least auto populate someway so that I'm not having to navigate multiple screens just to send one email. 

The receipt view has also changed 😞 

 

 Is there a way to simply the sending of a receipt? Is there an option of it going back to the way it was when it was accessible in the "Online Store" edit page? What's the best way to get the emails to auto fill in ? Can the receipt printable document be changed? I'm sure I'm asking too much, I'm just sad it changed to be more complicated than before. I wanted to provide some insight on the way this has changed, because I don't see it as a change for the better.
