Online Sales Reporting

I configured Square to calculate & assign pickup times automatically and to limit the number of orders that can be picked up at the same time to 20 every 15 minutes. I'm not 100% confident that this worked so I would like to see some report that shows me this information. I see a report that shows the times orders were placed, but it doesn't show assigned pickup times. Does anyone know how I could get this information in order to verify if I need to change that number or not? Thank you!

Hi @cdsmphevents - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community with your question👋

 

I checked in with the Square Online team on this one. They let me know that you should be able to run an order export from the Square Online Order Manager and it will populate a column with 'Fulfillment Time'. Other than that, the only other way to see this information would be to manually view each order.
