OPTION MISSING - UNCHECK BOX NOTIFY CUSTOMER ORDER IS SHIPPED

Prior to the Online Orders page merging onto the Orders page, we has business owners had the option to uncheck a box notifying our customers that an order has shipped.  Many of us have internal processes where we need to mark the order completed even when the order has not officially shipped.  We need that option back because it causes way too much confusion when my customer gets a notification that their order is shipped when I am a photographer who hasn't even taken their child's school photos on Picture Day yet.  See my image.  This option disappeared in the new Orders system.11ddc7e5-952d-4de9-b75e-e98be853fc09.default.png

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this update may cause. In the new order system, you have the option to mark orders as in progress.


You can also still manage orders through the Square Online by clicking "Manage Online" but that toggle for the notifying customers is removed and would be a feature request

I'm fully aware that the option has been removed but my issue is WHY?  WHY does Square REMOVE features from your clients?  Shouldn't features be ADDED and not removed?  It honestly makes zero sense to me.  I shouldn't have to request a feature to be added back.
