Multiple Problems!!!

So I just made my account today; everything was great. I first downloaded the app and added clients and services. I went on to create my website and at first, all my services went through I could see them on my websites. Then I did something and its gone it said something like (this location doesn't have services or something. Then I looked up forums and tried to fix it made it worse. It then said to reload the page and try again, so it didn't work. I went on my mobile app to see if I could fix it, and from there, I was signed out. I tried to sign back in, but it made me select a location, which I don't remember doing the first time. I selected one it said this location is currently not active for appointments. so I'm defeated I don't know what to-do. I also just paid for a domain and premium subscription. I tried resetting my website multiple times nothing worked. I was thinking of just fully resetting my account, but I don't think I can. Im trying to remove locations but I cant I don't even know if I can.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear setting up your business has been complicated.

 

Sounds like you created multiple locations within your Square account.

When selling items online, you will want to ensure you have set up fulfillment methods for the same location where the items are available, otherwise, the items won't be available for sale online. 

 

As for Appointments, our pricing indicates that using Square Appointments is free for a single location, but if you have subscribed to one of our paid plans, you have to pay per location. You may be logged in to a location that is not subscribed to an Appointments plan yet, which is why you see an error message. 

 

I'm not seeing a website linked to your Seller Community profile yet, has your website been published?
