MUST HAVE - Please implement these features to online

• Move all the "out of stock" items to the end of the list.  Show In-Stock items first.
• Allow us to Sort By Category - But OUR categories.  How we have them grouped in our inventory.
• Allow us the option to update fulfillment options on whole categories.  For example, I want to make a change so EVERY item in my store that is a specific category changes to online shipping only, and other categories to curbside pickup only.  Currently I have to go through one at a time checking the boxes to adjust the fulfillment.  This could be so much faster.
• The Load Speed on mobile needs to improve.  Currently the score for mobile is in the negative.
