I have an iPad 8th gen and the docking stand w card reader , looking to get a register do I need a stand and printer to make it all work together..?

Hello @OliverRose thanks for your question. Are you looking to replace your ipad setup, or use both? As long as you're logged in to the same Square account, you should be able to use both to process payments. If you're looking to just use your Square Register, you can use it without a stand (it comes with a built-in stand with a screen), and you choose to use a receipt printer, but it's not necessary. Customers can select either "no receipt" or "email receipt" instead.
