Items Not Syncing
Is anyone having problems with their Square Dashboard and Online Site Items not syncing? We have been having this problem (in addition to many other problems with Square) lately.
I have been calling Square for days now, spending an hour or more on the phone each time, only to be told "the issue is being escalated", "we're working on it", "try posting in the community board and let us know if you find out any answers".
I miss the days when Square ecommerce actually worked. And of course this is happening during our busiest most important time of the year.
Square should not be charging me every single month if their products are not working!
PLEASE HELP SQUARE!!!!!!

Can you post a link to your website so we can get a better idea of what is going on? Can you also let us know if there is a specific syncing issue you are experiencing? i.e. Is it older items with modified inventory, or new items you are creating? Can you also confirm if you create the items through the Square app, Square dashboard, or the Square Online dashboard?

Bump! As of Jan 18, 2024, I've been having sync problems as well. I've always bulk uploaded my items to square POS, then opened them on square online (weebly) to add a photo and make them available on my website. As a consignment store, I regularly have hundreds of new items to add to my POS, and only some will have a photo added and be made visible online. This has been working great for years! But now all new items I have uploaded to the POS are no longer syncing/ showing up on weebly. It's bogging down my business flow badly! I chatted with 3 different people from support, with the same result that it's a "known problem" that they're working on. I am not seeing that a lot of people are having this issue, so I am so confounded as to what's going on and whether any resolution is forthcoming?! How long do I wait?
