Item visibility - problem with sync between dashboard and website
I am unable to change the visibility of items on my online store. When I create new items or change the visibly of old items, the square dashboard reflects those changes, but nothing happens on the website. I have the same problem with categories, any changes I make are not reflected on the website.
I have engaged with tech support several times. Each time they tell me that it's a backend problem. In their words: "It looks like this is a problem with the synch between the dashboard and the website." and they update the visibly of items. Those items appear correctly. But this really doesn't fix the problem because I'm still not able to make changes. Every time I want to update the items in my store I have to do it through tech support which takes about an hour. Items in my store change frequently. I can't spend an hour a day having tech support make every change.
Tech support has suggested having all new items set to be visible when I create them. This has not worked. When I create new items they do not appear in the store. I have tried unpublishing and republishing the site. I've tried everything I can think of.
Any advice?

Hello @robthountheonh, I am sorry you are experiencing issues syncing items between the dashboard and your site. You should not have to contact support to sync your item every time. I am happy to investigate this further for you!
To do so, can you provide some item examples that are currently not showing? Also, can you provide the link to your site?
