Is it possible to offer flat rate shipping (48 states) OR free local (city limits) delivery?  I live in a small town and don't mind delivering my items locally.

It is possible to offer a flat rate for shipping in your Square Online Store. Check out this article about the multiple shipping options you have with our e-commerce sites.

And it is possible to offer in-house delivery. You can set up your delivery area either by radius or postal code. Learn more here.

The best thing is you don't have to pick one or the other. You can offer your customers multiple options so they can get their items in a way that is convenient to them.
