Is it possible to allow customers the ability to selects items for subscription each week?

I'm setting up a weekly subscription for products but I want the customer to be able to select the products they want from an item list. Some weeks we might have one or two items and the next week it could be other items that would go in that subscription. 

It is possible?

The way that Square's Subscription Process is setup - I don't think there is a feature available that could support what you have in mind.  You can easily setup a Subscription offer online for a specific recurring amount and time period but, trying to associate that service to offer a choice of different items each week would require a bit custom logic that's beyond the scope of this Community.   You may want to post your idea on the Developer's Forum for some possible solutions.

Just thinking outside the box - for example, you could use Square's features to offer and sell the Subscription, then use another app like Jotform to create your item list of choices.  The customer could then choose the desired items.  There's security concerns because you only want to give paid customers access to the form.  You can password protect the form.  You could also host the form in the cloud using a service like Dropbox.  Only customers with file URL and Password would be able to access the form.  Bottom line, there would be a lot of management on your end.    Perhaps there's a 3rd party app that do everything you need.  

Hopefully, some of the other volunteer Community Members here can offer some ideas as there are quite a few creative people here.
