Is it possible for me to set up a new menu only for online ordering? It will be different from what’s in my POS.

Welcome back to the Community. 

Yes, you can set up a separate menu with your Online Store. All of your Items will show as options, but you can customize the availability to show what you only want as an Online Order.

Can you describe me how to set up separate menu step-wise. Also how to customize availability only as online order?

Whenever you start your Online Store, you can sync the item or items from your Item Library. They will automatically show in your Online Store Item Library. 

From where you will want to edit the item's availability to customize your available options.

Correct - those items will still show in your Point of Sale, @ravindulak.
