Integrate with TikTok shop?

Is it possible to integrate my square online shop with tiktok somehow? Tiktok says yes, but I can't find anyway to do it. Has anyone else been able to integrate your shops?

Hey @Furbabyboutique, here's a little more information on connecting Square to TikTok. It appears that you will have to manage this integration via TikTok directly.

Sadly, that article doesnt help me at all. So, integrating is no longer possible?

It appears that the integration isn't available through Square's side anymore through the dashboard but do you have a TikTok business account set up? From the article it seems like that is where you could manage the storefront. 

I did see on one of TikTok's articles that they mentioned "Note: TikTok Storefront is currently only available to merchants who have already been onboarded to the product. Stay tuned as we continue to evolve our products to help businesses grow via TikTok!"

Yes, I have a business account, but only opened it recently. I cannot find anywhere in tiktok to integrate my shops. There is zero information specifically for Square. I guess I'm sh*t out of luck and can't sell on it. I have zero time to manage two separate sales channels and their own inventory. This is very frustrating.

@Furbabyboutique Ah, sorry to hear about this. I know it can be a frustrating experience, especially when you're busy with so many other things as well. I'd recommend sending in a support ticket to TikTok via their business center requesting more support on getting this set up or at least clarifying more about what is and isn't possible with the integrations.
