I've changed my e-mail address but but it has not updated everywhere.
My e-mail and name are correct in the dashboard area, but in the upper right of my desktop when I click the business name I see the old owner and the old email address and all of my online orders are going there! Been a week since I changed the e-mail in dashboard, but it has not sync'd even after several log-offs & log-ons!

the email is correct in all those places, but when you go to the upper right corner of the window right next to SUPPORT, and click on the business name, and go to settings, it gives the old owners name and e-mail, and that is where everything is still going.

It sounds like you're an employee of this account and not the owner of this account. If you go to Team on the Square Dashboard and find your name, what title do you see under Job?
