Is there a link to square that the customer can enter their own payment information after they are informed of the shipping costs or total cost?

As for your question - I don't think there's any built in features that are available to do what you have in mind.  Since Square is not a one size fits all service, you may have to think outside the box.   One thought is to create an order form for the item, you then receive the order, calculate your shipping and send an invoice to customer for the total, they pay, you ship.  There's two form apps I can think of - Jotform and Power Form Builder - both worth checking out.   Hopefully some of the other volunteer Community Members have some thoughts or suggestions.
