I am wanting to have a birthday club where I send customers a discount coupon for their birthday. I set up a coupon for a $ amount off to be used during their birthday month, but want to know if there is a way for it to be emailed to customers right before their birthday? do I need to create a group for each month or what? I hope this makes sense.

@If you set up an automatic birthday coupon campaign through square marketing, it will automatically send each person with a birthday in your directory an email with the coupon 7 days before their birthday! 

No extra steps needed!

@pessosices thank you for your reply. After I sent the question, I think I figured out how to do something.  I created a group for each month and added the people who I had their birthday. Then, I just select that group in the campaign and it emails them the coupon. I want them to be able to use the coupon the whole month, so I can send it on the last day of the previous month and they can use it all month. I haven't tried it yet, so hopefully it will work. My plan is to have my website up and running by the first of the year.

Sure, I guess you can do it that way - but that sounds like a ton of manual work. 

The automatic campaign does it all automatically. It sends out the email with the coupon 7 days before each person’s birthday, and you can set the expiration of the coupon to be however long you want. 

it’s really easy, and I’d definitely recommend that over any manual system.
