When viewing shopping cart "Pickup - Tomorrow after 10:00 AM" is noted just below the subtotal. Where do I change this pick up day and time information?
Thank you!

Edit your pick up hours from the Online Store Dashboard under Settings > Pickup & Delivery. Next to your listed location, click 'Edit Location' to customize your pickup settings.

@JustinC -- sorry to bother you again. Maybe I didn't truly figure it out 😞
The pickup time and day is correct, but the actual "date" shows as one week out. My pickup date is Thursday, June 4, but on the order confirmation to customers notes the pick up date as June 11th. I can't find where to change that setting.
Thank you!

You're not a bother! Thanks for looping back here - @LanaLane
Do you have the prep time set as next business day? A team member from our Ecomm Team has seen instances where the pickup time defaults to later than expected when prep time is next business day.
If so, I recommend reaching out so they can help troubleshoot.

Thank you for the info @JustinC 😀
Before contacting the Ecomm Team I checked the "fulfillment" section in every one of my items and found 1 item that had next business day selected --all the others were set to a default. Once I changed all my items to the 1.5 hour prep time, it seemed to fix the problem.
Slowly but surely...😅
Have a nice weekend!

I have a similar problem but my issue is that people are ordering for future dates. I have modifiers in the listings that they choose their specific pickup date.
For instance, I currently have listings for Halloween cookies that won't be picked up until the week of Oct. 27th. But everywhere during checkout (and their receipt) it will show that their order will be ready on the 26th (because I have prep time set for 4 weeks). It would seem that a simple solution to this would be for us to be able to choose an option of "no date specified" for prep time. OR, having the customer choose the date for pick up during checkout - if there was an option for sellers to click to allow the customers to do this.
I'm having to put an disclosure everywhere, and also emailing them after purchase, to make sure they are aware the cookies won't be ready until the date they choose for pick up.

We need to list items for pre-order that will be ready for pick up on a specific date. How do we do this without making it incredibly confusing to the customers? I listed in the description the actual date for pick up, but all of the order confirmations the customer receives are a different date based on when they order.

Hi @crystaltous I responded to your other post with a possible work-around. Anyone else on this thread trying to solve pickup for a specific date can take a look here to see if this is an option that will work for your store. It's not perfect, but I'm hoping it will be helpful for some until our team is able to release more granular options for pickup. 🙂

This is exactly the problem. I have holiday items that are to be picked up on one day only but there is no way to set the pickup to that one, specific day. Seems like a simple fix, since there are a ton of pickup options as is. Now we have to send a disclaimer to ignore the pickup time they are receiving on their receipt. Frustrating.

I do not want a pick up date for our items. We only know the first week of May. How do I remove the pick up date. The location is fine. I have pick up notes that say the pick up date is TBD. But the pick up date will cause confusion.
