We have someone who is buying giftcards online and then disputing charges with his bank. He's then using the cards in store. We are trying to catch it quick enough so he doesn't use the giftcard but are sick of having to respond to disputes. Is there a way to block a customer from purchasing online?

Hi Vkortris,
Square has a feature called "Risk Manager", login to your Square Account Dashboard, then select Payments. Depending on what info you have on this individual, you "may" be able to block him or her. I'm still learning about this feature but, I'm sure there are others here who are familiar with it and may have some thoughts. (It's worth taking a look at.)
