How many uses Weebly for online store?

Hi, does anyone know whether our Weebly website build offered by Square uses the AMP (Advance Mobile Page) plug-in technology. This technology helps mobile users load our website faster. I'm curious since it's been proven that consumers will disengage if a site stalls more than 3 seconds in loading.

I'm not aware of what AMP is and don't have insight into the backend of Weebly but I reached out to the team and they said it isn't something they currently use.
