How do you manage a monthly Subscription Box without an address field?
Hello Seller Community, I am launching a monthly subscription service in April. I noticed there is no address field at checkout. In the online store, there is the function for shipping or local delivery, which my store offers. This feature is not available in the subscription portion. I spoke with support and they were helpful with ideas. We discovered that the address function for a monthly subscription or one-time purchase is not a feature that is available with Square yet. A support agent did suggest that I may add a 3, 6 or 12 month bundle in the store, however this is something that I would have to manually keep track in a spreadsheet. This may produce a bit more labor that may take up much time. Does anyone here have any thoughts, suggestions or ideas? Thank you, I greatly appreciate your guidance.
