[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: I need to deactivate google online booking button ASAP]
The book online button on my Google listing is causing a lot of problems. I have no show protection on but when they book through the online button, they aren't required to have a card on file. It is also not letting me approve appointments. I have opted to remove it and Google seems to be pointing the finger at Square and Square seems to be pointing the finger at Google. I am at my wits end and considering another appointment booking system. I am in search for anyone that has a clear answer.

Normally all third party integrations are handled by the API directly.
Yet, our Appointments Team might be able to provide more info.
Feel free to reach them via email here, or by giving them a call at 1 (855) 700-6000 (Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm PST) - but you'll also need your customer code. The steps to look up your code are here.
