How do I remove DHL from the list of shipping carriers?

I would like to remove DHL from my list of active/accepted shipping carriers.

Basically I do not want it as an option for customers.  I have had very bad luck with them delivering to me and hate to think about the hassle it would be for them to pick up from me.

Thanks for any info.

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with DHL! I used to work for DHL Express, and I will say from personal experience that DHL may actually be a better option depending on the country you are shipping to. DHL is not very big here in the states, but it is a world wide company, and many countries rely on them heavily for shipments.

That said, the option to use DHL will only show up if you setup a Real Time Shipping rate for DHL specifically, and it would only be an option to enable for international countries.

You are currently subscribed to a Professional hosting plan, so you will manually create the shipping rules for your online store. I also see that you only have the US setup as eligible locations to ship to, therefore, DHL will never show for your customers.

Hope this information helps, and please feel free to ask any other shipping questions you may have. 😊
