I am getting a message that says my shipment of an order is past due. How do I change the number of days that is set as a default?

Hello there @giftMMCC
Currently, we don't have a setting to adjust the handling time reminders. However, if you haven't done so yet I recommend filling out the Shipping Policy so that your customers are informed of your handling time.

I found out how to set it using the app. There is a clock symbol at the top of the orders page and I was able to set a 1 week delivery time for the orders to ship out.
