How can I charge sales tax for online buyers out of state?

My online store is only collecting sales tax on sales made in my state (Wisconsin). I can't seem to find where I can have sales tax rates for out of state buyers. on the Sales Tax setup page it shows I have taxes set to automatically calculate in the United States, but when I click on that it only shows Wisconsin is being collected and it's grayed out so I can't click or edit it (only option given is to delete it!) I know I need to be collecting sales tax based on where the item is shipping to, not just local buyers. Previous posts about this here have answers stating that tax only needs to be collected in states where you're physically located, but that is simply not true. I have a brick & mortar store and sell online, right now only in-person sales and online orders being shipped within Wisconsin are charging correctly.

Wisconsin is a state where you are correct and needs to collect a Use tax if the state your selling the item to does not have a sales tax that is equal to or greater than Wisconsin's Sales tax and Use tax for certain items.  As for how to set this up, I am not sure.  I saw a few places online showing different rates Wisconsin Business's need to charge for sales tax/use tax based on states.  I did not try to open the websites but a quick google search should give you these rates and you might be able to ask How to charge multiple Sales taxes based on State or Zip if you provide the rates.   My state only charges taxes on items sold in my state (for now).   If you find a way to do this can you post it on here so if this does happen to me in the future I know how to do this too.  Thanks in advance and good luck figuring this out.
