Has anyone had multiple customers state they never got order and shipping confirmations on orders?

I have all of my orders set to sent an email to the customer when tracking numbers are uploaded. However, I have had many customers reach out about their order status, and they never got the shipping notification.

 

This has even happened to many of my regular orders in which my customers never got an email with an order confirmation that it went through.

 

Not sure if it is the Square system being overloaded?

Hey @nexus-sportsmed 

I have never had any one complain about this in my year and a half in business, but it's possible that their emails are getting stuck in the spam or junk folder. Have they checked there?
