Feature request: Restricted products based on customer profile

I’d like to be able to restrict the online sale of certain products based off a specific field on there customer based upon the following scenarios

Scenario 1: Based of birthday fields I don't want people under 18 buying certain products. If the profile birthday  month, date, and year is less than or equal to 18 years from today the item may be added to the cart if not than then they get the message this product can not be added to the cart at this time as you do not meet restrictions for this product.

Now: I Just put language in the policy saying by ordering this product you claim that you are of legal age to purchase this item. I also require signature of someone 18+ by the courier service.

Scenario 2: I only want people belonging to a certain group to purchase a certain item(s) that requires validation. By doing this I can validate the customer on first order and subsequent orders will not need validation.

Now i do this manually as I do not process the order unless proof of criteria is meet. If not I remove the restricted items from the order.
