Feature Request for Appointments and Items

It would be great if the items that are really services that a client chooses upon booking an appointment could have their own links so that I can use those direct links for linking and marketing purposes. Otherwise they land on my general booking page and then have to hunt for the particular service I am recommending. It would save a step for the user and help with marketing on our end.

Also, if I offer a complimentary service, and my settings are set to "secure booking payments" which requires a credit card, it's awkward for the clients. They shouldn't be asked for a credit card if I'm offering a free service. We need an extra setting for complimentary services.
