The title of this post has been edited from the original: Low stock alert displayed at Square Online site but should not be
I have an item for sale on Square Online. It started with 10 in stock and has sold 7. Current stock is 3 and my low stock alert number is 2 but my site on square online shows this item with the "Low stock" tag. I cannot see why; any thoughts?

You can receive low stock alert notifications by utilizing the feature you included in your screenshots, found when editing an item through your Square Dashboard's Item Library.
Your customers will see a low inventory indicator on your Square Online website when an item's inventory drops below 5. This number is not customizable. To toggle this setting ON or OFF, you'll need to head to your Square Online Dashboard > Items > Item Preferences > scroll to the Item statuses section:

This would be a good one to call in about, so that a team member can take a look at your item settings right along with you. Is it possible that a customer had placed this item in their cart to purchase it when you were looking at the website?

Is the "Low stock alert" value used by Square Online? I just talked to a Weebly support person and they explained that they use a hardcoded value of five (5) for the low stock alert. That surprised me but I had no evidence to discuss it further. But I explored this a bit and set my item inventory to six (6) with the low stock alert to seven (7) , and the item at my online site does not display the Low Stock alert.
I do not like this as I would rather control the low stock alert myself.
