I have a new Square online site, and purchased the domain through Weebly/Square. I'm trying to set up email through GSuite, but when I attempt to sign up, I get an error message saying "this domain has an apps account controlled by Google or another apps reseller."
One of my colleagues started the process directly through GSuite, but cancelled that account. Now I can't get in to set up email through Google (no access to cancelled account) or through the Square link (which still seems to think Google is accessible).
I need to get our organization's email set up, and no one from either Square or Google is reachable or responding. Ack. Can anyone help?

Hi there. If you already had the GSuite account setup through a third party, or through Google directly, you will not be able to setup the email through your Square account. You will need to continue the service you setup through Google and update your domain's MX records on Square's end:
Navigate to the Online Store dashboard and click the dropdown in the top right corner, then click Domains. Click the three dots to the right of the domain name and select the option that says Manage Domain. On the bottom right side of the screen you will see a section for MX Records. Enter the following information from Google:
Changes to MX records should update relatively quickly, although it can take up to 24-48 hours for any changes to the DNS records.
If you need additional help with the Gsuite service you setup please reach out to Google here.
