DTF;s available to put on shirts multiple sizes and colors

We have over 100 DTF's available to print on tshirts. What is the best way to add them to the catalog for both online and instore sales. Bearing in mind we need to inventory shirts by size and color. Thinking the item is the DTFtransfer with options of color and size. The problem is if we add them as variations to each transfer that multiplies the inventory of shirts... Is this not possible in square? Please help... 🙂

Use Modifiers Sets.

The issue is Square only lets you have 250 variations I believe and with you having 100 DTF's and once you have 3 colors or sizes your well over the 250 variations.

So have your Item as Color Size of Shirt and then have DTFs as your Modifiers. 

So make your Modifiers as your 100 DTFs, then make your shirts as Sm Grey, Medium Grey, Large Grey etc  and then click add option set of DTFs.  Here is a 18 min video on YouTube about Variations and Modifiers.  Start at about 8:40 for info about Modifiers.

this is the best way I can think of to Track your Red Medium Shirt for example then modify it with your DTF.
