Customer file upload and attachments

We own a bakery, it would be really helpful if customers could submit pictures of their idea when purchasing online. Other online platforms have had this feature for years. Right now I use Jotform and process my sales with them because they have it available.

This feature is critical to my business!

Customers need to provide inspiration photos as a part of the order. 

I also print .stl files for others as a service and need customers to be able to upload that file as a part of their order.

I created an account just to look for this topic.  New to square,.  I do custom product and need this feature.  I see this topic goes back 3 years and several requests for this, and no updates.  I may have to look for alternatives.

I really would like this option for the square online store.

If it helps anyone, there are some other options. 

Google Forms has this feature. You can create the form and embed it on your website, or provide a link.

Wetransfer.com is also an option. You have to pay for this feature, but you can create a page for customers to upload files to you.
Or you could suggest the free site for customers to send files to you.

Not ideal, not fully integrated, but these options might be useful for some.

I want to switch everything over to Square but this very easy simple feature is not offered yet which requires me to use some sort of work around it makes it very annoying I am currently in the free version and not sure if I will continue as a paid member without this feature added, I mean I can add a photo to this thread but my clients cant send me a concept picture and me be able to view it with their appointment request.  As a Tattoo Artist we are usually sent concept ideas or references of the style our clients are looking for so we can also determine how long this should take without this ability its almost pointless to switch over. 

Ive seen multiple posts regarding this feature added to appointments work flow yet no real answers and many of them are quite old Id like an answer if this feature will be added shortly or I will have no choice but to opt out of this switch over and stick with my original back end system. Ive seen  One suggestion for a work around which just makes things so much more confusing when you have a team of 5 and requests coming in regularly.

I really need this feature for our website we are an engraving company and customers need to upload their logos. I'm surprised this isn't a feature and I just paid for a year of hosting and may have to switch. This seems like a very basic feature so please get on this it looks like this has been requested for several years!

I would like to be able to have my customer attach a file of their logo, picture, etc.. that they want us to use while they are in the process of selecting the item.  I would think this would be a simple thing to do as other platforms have this feature.  It would make things simpler and would keep all the information in one place rather than having them email it separately.  Thanks

I am a custom shop as well for engraving and sublimation. It would great to have a file upload button. I have added 4 pictures to one coffee mug .
