Customer can't save card for automatic recurring payments

We have a customer that has tried the last four months to save his card on file.  His History shows that the card was added each time, yet no card is reflected on his file.  We have dozens of other customers set up the exact same way and no one else has this problem.  Any ideas?  TIA.

Hmm, is the client a duplicate in your Directory? Make sure the card on file isn't hiding in a second profile.

No.  I verified that there is no duplication.

Okay, the Customer Engagement Team will need to look at your account specifically to pinpoint why the card is not appearing on file. I'm assuming it's a bug at this point. Reach out here.
