When I search some of my customers in Square under the "Customer" tab, their name, address and zip code do not come up (only e-mail address does) or their name and e-mail come up but no address. The information is also missing when I export the list. This information was entered in by the Customer at time of order as we physically deliver to their house. So I know Square recieved/has the information. This lack of information occurs in 20% (125 out of 625) of our customers. Can anyone tell me why this occurs or how to prevent it from occuring.

So sorry for the confusion surrounding the capturing of Customer Information. Are the transactions of the customers you're looking for placed in person or through the Online Store? Currently, transactions taken through the in-person Point of Sale will only capture customer information such as address and zip code if they opt into sharing it by typing it in manually.
Orders through the only store should automatically save customer information, however. If this is not happening for your Online Store, we would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to have a look.
