Creating separate account - Cannot Verify Identity

Has anyone else run into this issue? I'm running into the issue of creating a new SQUARE account for my separate business. But when I sign up for that new account, it says it cannot verify my identity yet I already have an existing SQUARE account under all the same information and have been using this account for over 3+ years and it's very active.

 

So why when I create a new account, SQUARE tells me it cannot verify my identity so therefore I cannot process credit card transactions? So if I cannot process credit card transactions, what's the point of having the new account?

 

Any insight on this would be grateful.

Yes, I've had this same issue over the years. Square cannot "verify my identity." I wish they would fix this issue.
