Contact page doesn't match in desktop and mobile views

My contact page looks right in desktop view but in mobile it's completely wrong and it's someone's template. I don't know what I did or how to fix this to match the mobile view!

This is wrong again. This contact page is not mine. I had set mine up and it showed up and now it's gone.

If you select the Contact Us in the edit mode on left side of screen it is right and looks like this:

Looks like you shared links to your website editor in response to @Callee1945. 

Unfortunately, Sellers who participate in this Community voluntarily and Square moderators have no access to your account details. 

We will need the link to your published website in order to visit the site and take look, because your website editor is not accessible to the public. 

From your description, sounds like you might have completed changes but they have not been published yet. If your website editor looks different than your published site, all you need to do is click the Publish button on the top right corner of your website editor so all changes become public. 

If your site is not yet published, we won't be able to access it, but our direct support team will be happy to assist! You can reach them here.

I am not ready to make this public and again the two pages aren't matching up. Do you need me to resend all the  links?

Did it not go thru? I posted a link to the wrong thing and a link to the right thing. Can you let me know if you can't see it? I have not cleared anything yet. I am wondering if i should delete the "contact form" and start over. It's showing one as was an example in your site and one is showing mine.;

In my preview screen of the mobile I cannot see the About or Contact options. Where are they?

Can you provide the link to your site so I can test this on my end. Have you tried clearing your cache and history? Trying a different browser?
