I have just made the switch over to square online and when setting up shipping rates I put in my UPS account number but when I test the shipping on my website the UPS rate goes to my "Fallback rate" and does not show a real time shipping rate. has anyone had issues with this? or have a solution? Usps is showing up with the real time rate.

Supposedly there is a bug that they haven't resolved for me yet. Using USPS in the interim.

Hello there @AdornCapeCod I am sorry you have been having issues connecting UPS.
I escalated this inquiry over to the Online Team and they tested the checkout and it appears to be working fine. If you are encountering a fallback rate for specific items, they need to know what specific item was tested, and it's likely that there are issues with the box size, and weight, something that the system can't properly calculate the rate with the carrier.
