Hello, I am a tumbling gym owner. Square has been my literal savior. I am currently having to use Jotform to collect new customer sign-ups and it's causing me to have to do double work to put their information in the system. I tried to collect their payments through the online integration but it wasn't saving the customer information. Any tips on ways to save customer information before their first visit to the in-person register?

There are settings wtihin the Online Store you can check to make sure that customer information is a required field.
Go to your Online Store dashboard and go to Settings > Checkout > Advanced Settings, and you should see the options as shown here:
Let me know if that works for you! A lot of sellers still use JotForm with us but this is also an option.

We currently don't have an online store set up as most of our students come in with the first class on a trial basis but have to sign waivers before performing. This wavier is where we gather the information we input into square from the jotform.

- How can I gather the user information in the embedded code (email/zip code)
- Is it possible to gather this information in Square?
- I already have the form redirects built into the script since Square form do not offer this.

If you need more advanced features than the ones available in the built-in contact form mentioned by @ashc here, you can try creating and embedding a custom form from one of these providers: JotForm, HoneyBook, or Typeform.
