Closing account has been ridiculous
I have been trying to close our company account since April and it is still ongoing. Two weeks ago they required more company information. When does this nonsense stop! Please provide TATE, Inc. a check for the balance of the account and get this agony over. Every time I'm dealing with a different customer support rep and have to explain the lengthy emails that I've sent. As a president of the company, I don't have time to deal with non-customer support. They say they will respond within 48-hours and that is a ploy to wear your company out. Next step is BBB.
