Changing email address when no access to old email account and studio phone that cant receive text?

I need to change the email address associated with my account, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old email address, and Square wants to send the text message code to my studio phone (which is a landline). I tried changing the phone number in my location settings to my cell, but Square is still listing my studio phone. I'd just start over and create a new account, but I have extensive inventory items in my account that I don't want to lose!
