Changing Online Order Ticket Formatting
Hi there,
Is there any way to change the formatting of the online tickets? The way tickets are currently formatted makes it much harder than necessary to determine whether the order is a "To-Go Order" or a "Dine-In Order".
We are located in a Food Hall, and the Food Hall uses a company called Bbot to facilitate orders from our kiosk to nearby tables (for dine in) and nearby offices and apartments that are part of our community (for to-go). When our neighbors who use Toast have the Bbot-Toast integration print, the Toast Online orders print out with a clean and easy to read format. When we receive tickets through the Bbot-Square integration, the Square Online order prints out all wonky, leaving our line cooks to read fine print before determining whether the order is for dine in or take out.
Attached is an example of a ticket that prints out.
If the order number (TR922) can be featured at the bottom as a "note", and the table number that's currently situated at the bottom as "Location: Delivering to Table 25" instead showed up as "Table 25" up at the top, our lives would be so much easier.
Is there any way to modify this on the merchant end?

Hey there @DanielTR
I would advise reaching out to Bbot so they can work with our integration team to make sure the most important information is available more clearly.
I can also recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and and understand your request.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
