Change Pickup Terminology
I run a Bakery and Coffee Shop. We setup our online store for daily service as COVID related shutdowns started occurring and have been using it since.
All of the items we sell are time sensitive. From hot drinks which need to be picked up AT a specific time to pastry items which we need to know whether items need to be ready for today or a later date.
We really need to change the pickup dialogue box to be clearer or have the ability to turn on/off options.
A hot drink ordered "As soon as possible" displays this information. Which is fine for food but hot drinks need to be hot. A customer sees this and thinks they can pickup anytime today.
We need to change the word "after" to "at" to make clear that this is your pickup time.
Or have the option to turn off "As soon as possible" and only offer scheduled pickups. I know we can currently turn on/off scheduled pickups. Scheduled pickups display the order pickup time as we need it displayed, at a specific time and not anytime "after" the prep time.
Either one of these would solve the confusion customers experience when placing an order.

Hey @bakersrhapsody- Thanks for sharing this feedback!
Since there's not a way to change up that terminology at the moment, I'm more than happy to pass this along to our Product team. Really appreciate you being thorough with your needs. It helps the team understand the pain points and why these changes would be beneficial.
Thanks again!
