Since about a week ago we have not been able to edit the Items list on our Online site. There used to be a pencil icon next to each category that we could click and edit the category, but the pencil is no longer there, and we are also not even able to rearrange the items by dragging. We contacted Square Support but they said that it is a cookie issue--we've tried clearing cookie caches and enabling cookies across all devices (desktops, laptops, iPads, phones) but nothing works. Anyone having the same problem?

@mksavage and others have been having similar issues.
The good news is Square is aware of it and working to address the issues (hopefully by start of next week)
