Cannot Create Online Store

I'm at a screen that just says "Just a second while we build your store..." and it hasn't changed for 30 minutes now on my current device (on my PC). I tried it earlier on my tablet - same issue, and I tried on my phone - same thing.

 

I've now tried it on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. None are working.

So sorry to hear about the trouble activating your Online Store - this sounds very strange, indeed. We have some proven troubleshooting steps that have historically helped in these situations. They will insure that both the software on your device, as well as your device itself, are both up to date. 

 

If those don't get you where you need to be, we would recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly so they can get some hands on your account.

It was very odd indeed... I did end up contacting support directly already.

 

Thelovely lady on the other end even got past the setup phase for me on her end, but no matter what, when I would try to go into Online, it would try to make a site for me (even though she already did that for me), and sit on the same "just a second" page.

 

We tried everything listed on her troubleshooter, to no avail -- making sure I was using Chrome, making sure I'm all updated, clearing my cache, trying incognito, logging out and back in, resetting my router...

 

I still have no idea what happened (other than technology has a mind of its own around me), but this morning there it was on my dashboard, acting like nothing happened. I guess it just needed time? :'D
