Cannot Connect UPS Account to New Shippo

I could be wrong here, but I feel like Square USED to use Shippo, then they didn't, and now it's using Shippo again. Anyway, the online order shipping page definitely seems like it changed. I used to use UPS to ship our items with no problem, but now every time I try to connect our account I get this error:

 

Your registration unfortunately failed due to the following UPS error: The Shipper Account is already linked to an existing User Name.

 

I don't really understand what that means. Do I need to deactivate something on the UPS side? Or maybe my UPS account is connected to an old Square account? I don't get it ... so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Were you able to fix this? I've heard it's an issue affecting certain accounts that previously had UPS accounts connected prior to the changes you mentioned. Not able to connect to UPS on my end either, and can't offer real-time rates as a result!
