I just set-up my online store with Square.
I have mailchimp. I set-up the Square-Mailchimp sync. I set-up an email pop-up on the site and an email newsletter sign-up form by the footer. I cannot figure out where those emails go? How do I get those emails into mailchimp? Is it automatic since I am syncing? I just tried signing up my personal email on the email newsletter sign up form and it looks like the only place to find my email is by going to form submissions (could not find that email in the Customer Directory) and then I can only get it to go to Square Marketing. This seems like a huge oversight. These emails just sit in these weird places and you can't get them to go anywhere? They don't go to your Customer Directory and you can't download them. What's the point?
I need these emails to go to mailchimp where I send my newsletters. If there's no easy way for this to happen then is there a way to have mailchimp email sign-up forms on Square online? Can you do a pop-up that goes to mail chimp?
