Can I disable the maps feature on my online store checkout?
When my customers are entering their addresses at checkout, the maps pop up (possible address options) covers the field making it impossible to see what you are typing on the mobile version. Several customers have complained about this, can I disable it?

I haven't seen a map popping up on Square Online checkout before. Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you're describing here @Hdawn?

And it's not a map popping up, but the auto fill address options.

Oh! I see!
If it is the autofill address then, that is part of our efforts to make sure you have an accurate address for shipping purposes and for Real-time shipping prices (on applicable Square Online Plans). In order to get rid of it (not recommended because it could potentially cause the entered address to be misspelled and real-time shipping would not work correctly) your customer would need to select the option to manually enter the address when the autofill starts offering potential addresses.
If you still believe that there is something wrong with the checkout page @Hdawn, I would suggest reaching out to our Square Online team for them to troubleshoot your account. When you have a moment reach out directly via phone by logging into your account and heading here.
