Can I add notes to self on online orders? Live traffic updates?

Is there a way to add notes to self on each order? For example, for each purchase I send samples with the order. I like to take note of which samples were sent, to track if it is purchased in a follow up order. 

Also, is there a setting that allows my site traffic to be counted in real time? Right now I can only see it next day. If I can have a real time count, I can also see what social media posts are effective.

hello @Uniquelychicco and thanks for your question. I don't see an area to add a note directly to an online order, but I was able to go into the transactions in my Square Dashboard, and click on the transaction details for an order. At that point you could click on the customer name, and add a Note into the customer information. Maybe that would be sufficient to track what samples you had sent them, and that way it would be tied more directly to the individual customer rather than their transaction. ???
